
Our ground challenge for the summer has been set by BHAA Advanced Coach John Goodwin
You will need 5 Fita 80 targets set up along a 60m track as follows:

Archer stands at X with feet facing down the track as if riding.
(Feet should not move much in this exercise as they would not move much when riding.)
First shot is at target A (extreme front shot)
Second shot is at B (front shot)
Third shot is at C (side shot)
Fourth at target D (back shot)
Fifth at target E (extreme backshot)
Shoot 3 ends of 5, one arrow per target.
Arrows must be held in the hand.
As always, the bow must be a non-centreshot bow, where the arrow is shot off the hand, with no sighting-aids
